Guest House Policies
1)Check in time 2pm
2)Check out time on day of departure 10am
3)No hot food allowed in the bedrooms ( only the dining room)
4)No pets allowed only Guide Dogs,
5)Any damage caused to the Guest House will become payable in full
6)On arrival the full balance becomes payable.
7)Please note Rosedene is a totally non smoking Guest House, however there are tables and chairs outside on our very attractive patio with ashtrays provided and emptied for you .
8)Unfortunately, if found smoking in the Guest House a de- fumigation charge of £60.00 will apply so the room can be thoroughly cleaned before re-letting
