All rooms are £30.00 pp/pn for longer than a one night stay.

Special rates apply when booking Monday to Friday (e.g. four nights for the price of three) from October 08 - March 09.

Please note: Rosedene is a non smoking Guest House but there are ashtrays provided outside for you to use and emptied for you, with plenty of tables and chairs with large umbrellas for you to sit under and relax, complemented by a garden swing.
